How do I create a custom design?

Open the Custom Tees app and tap on "Create New Design." You can upload your own images, add text, choose from our library of graphics, and use our editing tools to create your perfect design. Once you're happy with your design, you can save it and proceed to checkout.

What file formats can I upload?

We accept JPG, PNG, SVG, and PDF files. For best results, we recommend using high-resolution images (at least 300 DPI) and PNG files with transparent backgrounds for logos and graphics.

How long does shipping take?

Standard production time is 3-5 business days. Shipping times vary based on your location:

• Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
• Express Shipping: 2-3 business days
• Overnight Shipping: 1 business day

What's your return policy?

Since all products are custom-made to your specifications, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for buyer's remorse or sizing issues. However, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive a defective item or if there's an error in production (wrong design, printing defects), please contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we'll send you a replacement at no additional cost.

Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can also track your order status directly in the Custom Tees app under "My Orders."

Do you offer bulk discounts?

Yes, we offer discounts for bulk orders:

• 10-24 items: 10% off
• 25-49 items: 15% off
• 50-99 items: 20% off
• 100+ items: 25% off

For orders over 500 items, please contact our sales team for custom pricing.

We use several printing methods depending on your design:

• DTG (Direct-to-Garment): Best for detailed, multi-color designs
• Screen Printing: Ideal for simple designs and bulk orders
• Vinyl Heat Transfer: Perfect for names and numbers
• Embroidery: Available for premium finishes

Is my payment information secure?

Absolutely. We use industry-standard SSL encryption and partner with trusted payment processors like Stripe and PayPal. We never store your credit card information on our servers. All transactions are PCI-DSS compliant.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

You can cancel or modify your order within 1 hour of placing it. After that, production begins and we cannot make changes. To request a cancellation or modification, please contact support immediately with your order number.
